My 11 year old son was referred to Action Therapy by his Dr after being diagnosed with little league elbow. On our initial appointment we met with Jordan. He was professional, kind, knowledgeable and most of all, made our son feel comfortable. We then met with Eric, who was going to be doing all of Nicks twice a week PT appointments. I am delighted with the exceptional physical therapy I received from DPT Jordan Waugh and the entire team at Action Therapy in Jacksonville NC . It was obvious that Jordan coordinated with my spine surgeon as we moved through the weeks of PT. Jordan's chairside manner and knowledge are awesome! Jordan had a daily plan and we executed it fully at every treatment. As a retired health care executive managing hundreds of clinics, I highly recommend Jordan and the entire team at Action Therapy.

The front desk people are rude, and one of tge front desk girls buzzes. The physical therapist will talk about the patients as they are leaving the building or talk about patients while we are still there. Tge therapist Ali had an attitude today with me I had told her my knee was really hurting and her attitude was awful. She said to me I told you before your knee would hurt for a long time. All the therapist talk about where they want to go for lunch or vacation

Was referred to Action Therapy because of back pain by my Orthopedic Surgeon. The staff are all friendly professionals. I met for a evaluation on my first visit Jordan and then all other visits were with Jerika . I went twice a week and they worked with me for a hour each visit and taught me the exercises so I can continue at home. I highly recommend this clinic based on my own experience and what I witnessed from other staff working with patients.
