Very disappointing. Service is promising and friendly at first. But it appears when you need something from them you wont get it. Jake will cut you off, and try to lecture you. Christa will forget to follow through, or fail to relay information. I've emailed them for several months trying to get copies of documents they filed for a previous tax period for my attorney. Face to face Jake finally says his firm did file the paperwork in question. But no I cant have copies of it. They would rather let me leave. They are so inept ... read more

I was nervous at first, I was leaving HR Block after a catastrophy (a whole nother review); but they put my mind at ease. They answered my questions clearly and they did there best to help me understand the tax process. I appreciated the individual attention that they gave me and I feel I got to form a relationship with my preparer. Next year I will save loads of stress knowing that I get to see MY tax professional; if I am going to release every detail of my life to anyone I'll be damned if it's another stranger!
Go to them! I have bounced around from place to place every year because I thought all tax offices were the same. I was wrong! I got more money than I thought & they looked at my past returns & got me more money that the previous places had missed. I didn't make an appointment & had to wait a while for the next tax person but I had fun in the waiting area. The staff are super friendly, funny & I had a good time while I was there. Go here if you want ALL your money!!!
I do my bookeeping here and I really appreciate their patience, I ask tons of questions and never seem to get tired of talking to me. The other day, I called them three times and stopped by once, and they were still happy to see me. I don't understand a thing about labor and industry taxes but I'm glad they do. This is a great place for small business with lots of questions.

I used this company last year to do a tax return for me and was assured they were one of the best. WOW what a joke, after I gave them my paperwork if I had a question or wanted a return call I would never get one, secondly whenever I would get someone on the phone they were not only RUDE but you would have thought I was dealing with teenagers doing my taxes.
