Been with Ms Peabody for years.
Thee worst place I've ever been to for taxes. If you want to get yelled at like one of their grandkids or talked at/ down/upon this is your place! I had questions but was met with disrespectful attitudes. Should think about retirement 🤔
Call ahead for availability! Called ahead on Feb 2 and made an appointment with them two weeks in advance for Feb 18th and they asked if I was a new customer during that call I stated yes. They told me great! See you then! I understand this is a small business. However. The day of appointment, on the way there, I searched for maps for gps on the business and Google stated closed.
