Our experience with Action Tax & Bookkeeping has been exceedingly negative. We went to this office, with a list of very specific things which needed to be done in a particular order to straighten out some issues with back taxes. It was a disaster-- there is something wrong with every year that was done; information (earnings and such) was transposed for the wrong years-- couldn't believe it, it shows income for some states when we weren't even living there in those years, etc. Not only were the tax forms themselves prepared ... read more
