I've had a recurring knee problem when running that was previously misdiagnosed as a muscular issue. Eric-Olivier helped me identify it was a case of irritation in the joint, and gave me a progressive running plan. I thought I couldn't run fast again, but after going through the plan and recovering the knee (just a few weeks), I ended up breaking lifetime PRs on some my regular segments/routes. Game changer for me.
As a professional athlete, I have been using Action Sport Physio's services since 2002. I had serious injuries and they've always got me be back on track to continue playing sports. The physiotherapists are great professionals and friendly, so is the rest of the staff. All in all, positive experiences throughout the years. I highly recommend Action Sport Physio Downtown to those who need it from all walks of life.

I had a wonderful experience with acupuncture at this clinic. I was unaware that acupuncture could resolve specific physical concerns as well as systemic ones, but it certainly can. I had trouble with pain in my hand and was greatly concerned. After just one treatment with Michelle Desjardins, however, the pain is nearly gone.
