Excellente expérience. Ma physiothérapeute Asma, a démontré un grand professionnalisme dès la première séance. Elle a pris le temps de comprendre mes douleurs, d’expliquer clairement le plan de traitement et de me proposer des exercices adaptés que je peux faire à la maison. Son approche humaine, patiente et très structurée m’a permis de progresser rapidement. Je suis vraiment satisfaite et je recommande fortement.

I tried contacting them by phone to start my treatment, the person who picked up the phone was very uninterested in listening to me, to the point where at one point he tells me: can you repeat what you told me? I was talking to my coworker and could not catch what you said, I mean what kind of customer service is that.. I have nothing to say about the therapists because I did not even get a chance to start a treatment with that awful customer service
