Bad............ I called this company to look at my alarm system and camera system and make a report for claims adjuster after our house had been hit by lightning. The owner, Clarence Hight, gave me a quote of about $9700 to replace the alarm system and the camera system. My 9 camera system was $1500 new, and was 10 years old. He said the alarm system replacement was $2700 and $6000 to replace the camera system with a 16 camera system, because they did not make 9 camera systems anymore and 16 camera systems were the next thi... read more
worse service i have ever seen I have dealt with them with our church security and we have just been getting ripped off in so many different ways. If a piece of equipmnet goes out we have had to wait 3months before it ever get in.We have had issue where the camera didn't work right and have been charged for them to come out and reset them. We have had equipment that they have replaced go backout within 2 weeks and they want to charge us just to come out and fix it again.
