Probably the most careless and unprofessional place to try to do business with for a kids needs. I have been approved by insurance and they are still not being helpful with processing the order. I was told they have until December??? Makes no sense to wait until December. Never get a call back on status and I can never talk to the correct person it’s always the one who answers the phone.

We’ve trusted Keith and Action Seating & Mobility with our son’s mobility needs for many years. Keith has the knowledge and expertise to order a customized manual chair while making it a smooth, stress-free process (what a blessing)! He’s thorough (doesn’t overlook any detail), he’s accurate (orders everything correct the first time), he’s patient and caring (takes as much time as needed to adjust and fit the new chair). We highly recommend and won’t go anywhere else!
Jacob has been so beneficial in getting my manual wheelchair replaced so I am able to utilize it when needed. It took quite a long time (almost a year) and 2 or 3 other techs before Jacob came along and wow, he explained things to me ,tried a few things and found out the frame was bent and I needed a replacement. He brought me a new wheelchair and I was finally able to go with friends and family to dinner, movies, because I had a manual chair. Horrible. Once they Finally showed up two months later they did not even have parts requested and promised. They put the pediatric wheelchair together improperly leaving my kiddo without a wheelchair for another five days before they could show up. Too many issues with this place to even list. So frustrating. Will definitely NEVER use them again.
