Thanks for calling after months of waiting Action Seating was going to call me to come pick up my new chair on Thursday... mind you its Tuesday. I was hoping you would be better then Numotion but not as of yet!
I have been working with Action Seating & Mobility for 2 years now and have gotten several adaptive equipment from them for my son. Viola, Jason and Erick have all been so helpful. Erick is very responsive and schedules quickly. Viola and/or Jason come to my home. They put together and adjust everything to fit my son perfectly. They show me how everything works and they’re just very pleasant and kind to work with. I get all my equipment through them, because I love working with them.
I am a first-time power wheelchair user. I want to say that I was very pleased with John Morris & Melanie Picon-Sotelo the two staff members from Action Seating & Mobility. Their communication with me from start to receiving my chair today was Grade A+ Top notch! A lot of other places could learn from how Action Seating & Mobility communicates with their customers/clients (Looking at you Horizon Prosthetics).
