Never made it to the mechanical service portion but I can definitely speak on the customer service side of things. This is the most unprofessional organization I’ve ever dealt with. Whoever I spoke with was very unhelpful and carried a attitude like he was doing me a favor. It their work is as terrible as their customer service, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
