I am out of state and I found Phil online and immediately he had been so responsive and transparent on fees and also communication with me should he experience any serve issues with an unruly respondent. As such, he kept me informed with regular updates and started RIGHT AWAY. I had issues in the past with servers claiming it was a rush which I had requested but then they would not follow through.
