Love this place, Simone is a magician.
I had a pretty severe shoulder injury from work and the staff here have constantly been working on fixing my shoulder , using different massage and healing techniques along with exercises they have shown me , my shoulder is making great progress, thank you Simone and all the other physios that have treated me
Not happy with the physio treatment got at action plus she just did some basic massage and showed couple of exercises. Not even took 30 mins of appointment time and finished in 20 mins..was not at all happy with the consultation.
First experience of Chinese needling and felt really helpful
