Customer Service sucks there really rude
I went to buy some dvd but the guy in blue shirt didn't want you to see if they were scratch until you buy them I have been buying movies there since a long time and now he complains I'm for sure not going there anymore I'm going to spread the word to all my family and friends in the Southside not to go there
I have been going there alot and I buy alot of stuff there and I was looking at the DVD because sometime there missing or there all scratched and the guy in blue shirt came and said I couldn't see them until I buy them and then I can see them im not going there anymore and I'm going to tell all my friends and family spread the word
I always find what I need here at a great price!!! Great Customer Service from the Service Team and Management!!
