Worst service EVER!!!! Not able to get any response from them in email or phone.
What an awful experience! I ordered a water filter, which they said would fit my fridge. It didn't. Trying to get my money back. I was supposed to get a return shipping label, and I never did. I finally paid to return the package myself. Let's see if I get my refund! Ha!
Brutal experience. The wrong item was sent & it’s taken weeks to get a refund. Sears and Action packaged don’t get back to customers.
My daughter order a VCR combo for me order #902656096, she tried to cancel the order but they sent it anyway, and charged her credit card. I sent the package back by UPS and they received the package by Dan inside delivery.and i got the receipt they have received the package on Tue 28 Jan 2020 , My daughter still waiting for her refund.Today is July 3/2020 still no refund from the company
