Please go somewhere else if you are doing a VA loan. They forgot our VA processing fee in the original quote and instead of being honest, they tried to hide it in different places- like lowering our down payment so our out-of-pocket cost looked the same. There were several other issues that occurred as a domino effect from that including the loan officer yelling at me on the phone telling me I was pissing everyone off…
