I have a small safe in my house that I bought from this store many years ago. It has always been a reliable safe, but even after I cleaned the battery compartment for the keypad and changed the batteries, as I had always done in the past, I could not get the keypad to work to open it. Since I'm a senior and could not carry the safe to the store, I needed to have a house call. I was told the cost would be $150.
