Would leave 0 stars if possible. I was initially approved, but after sending in my documents they felt my driver's license "wasn't on the up and up" because the background in my photo is blue and not white and they say they have "never seen anything besides a white background on an Oklahoma driver's license". I immediately checked my husbands license as well as my 16 year old daughters permit...both blue back grounds in their license photos.
