I had a Lenovo tablet slide out of my hand and land in a way that made it so I couldn't use the power button anymore. I called action link I asked if he thought he could fix it and he told me to bring it in. He fixed it for me (bent the metal of the case back into shape) in about 30 seconds free of charge. He was super friendly and easy to work with.
This guy was honest, personable, and was always faster than he said he would be. We negotiated a win/win solution to my problem accessing my broken phone and he helped me so I wasn’t breaking the bank. Cheaper than other places quoted me. Would recommend for any electronic nuanced service.
Would 10/10 recommend anyone to come here! The person who helped us was very kind and figured out our problem with our laptop right away. Was upfront and honest with what was wrong, how long it would take to be fixed, and how much it would cost. Also did the diagnosis for free. Great customer service.
Seriously best customer service. He was so nice and witty, really made my mood about my phone turn around. I will be telling my friends about this place when their screens break! When i called, he gave me amazing directions because i couldn’t see anything on my phone! Literal lifesaver!
The owner was very nice, and was able to replace my phone battery in a short amount of time (my fault for getting there late) even tho there were several people ahead of me and the store was busy.
