I had such a great experience with Action Link-- Charlie is so knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. They were able to fix my phone at a very reasonable cost within a day. I had already gone to 3 different places with no luck so it was a huge relief to find someone that was able, and happy to help. They went above and beyond in my opinion, 10/10 would recommend!

I hired ActionLink wireless to perform a logic board replacement on my Samsung S22 Ultra, which originally had 256GB of storage. After the repair, I discovered my phone's storage had been downgraded to 128GB. When I contacted the company, the technician, Charlie, admitted that it was a mistake on his part for not verifying my phone's specifications before the repair. I had a Lenovo tablet slide out of my hand and land in a way that made it so I couldn't use the power button anymore. I called action link I asked if he thought he could fix it and he told me to bring it in. He fixed it for me (bent the metal of the case back into shape) in about 30 seconds free of charge. He was super friendly and easy to work with.
