was hoping to have a subpoena served by this company and after a brief back and forth where they wanted an extra 30 dollars to accept the doc via email the representative (Ron Rigen) said he would waive priority service (despite me only needing regular service) and when I thanked him and told him I was going to go with someone else he rudely responded "Wow, never had this experience with anybody else" save yourself the headache and go with someone else.
