I would like to share feedback regarding a recent experience at your store. My brother visited Action Gypsum seeking assistance in finding an equivalent product to match Armstrong tile. Unfortunately, when he asked for help, he was told by Michael at the front counter to go to FBM, one of your competitors, rather than being assisted in finding a solution. I had a negative perspective of Action after reading all the negative comments, but after speaking with Celeste, she completely changed my impression. She made me feel valued and treated me like an important customer. Her professionalism, patience, and the way she genuinely cared about helping me truly stood out. Celeste carries herself with such grace and knowledge that she instantly brings confidence and comfort to customers. She is a true example of outstanding customer service. Kudos young lady.

I visited Action Gypsum Supply with my father to purchase supplies, and unfortunately the customer service experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and welcomed in any professional manner. But one receptionist Mike let out a very loud sigh as if our presence was an inconvenience.
