Micheal came out on time. Was cordial, friendly, and professional. He and I turned over my electronic recliner couch together and he immediately spotted the problem. It was a damaged y cable. Got me squared away for a great price and now the right couch recliner chair works great again! Would highly recommend him. Will call him in the future for sure if we have any future issues.

Really happy with my experience at Action Furniture. Michael came out to fix my recliner and did a great job. He was polite, on time, and got everything taken care of without any hassle. Great service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend. A++

We reached out to Michael re repairing a Lane recliner. Even though Lane is no longer in business and the part was hard to locate, Michael was tenacious in finding it. Rather than replace just one broken side, he replaced the entire mechanism to make the chair like new He also re-foamed the cushion. His prices are very reasonable and I appreciate that he does the work in your home so you can see what he is doing. He takes great care and pride in his workmanship. Very nice man to work with.

I bought a leather sectional with 3 recliners from Rooms To Go Outlet 10 months ago. Within 3 months the recliners stopped working. Michael came out and had all 3 working perfectly within 30 minutes. Some kind of fuse issue that RTG is well aware of… I’m a happy fan and highly recommend this company for any recliner issues!

Michael did an awesome job. Came over, assessed the damage on my motorized sofa, and fixed one that day. He ordered some parts and fixed the other one in a week or so. Great guy, good repair. Thank you. Wish I hadn’t put this off for so long or considered buying another couch. So pleased with the service.
