I've had down right TERRIBLE service. I set up the required payment plan, but EVERY TIME I call to make my payment, I'm bounced around to a minimum of 3 representatives, and almost every time I call they say card declined, even when I've tried multiple cards. I also signed a written agreement for the payment plan and promised my taxes would be safe, but nope, guess what? They took all $1,500 damn dollars from me.
