Greg knows all the right things to say to get your bank account information . However , he did not accomplish the goal he told us would be achievable and completely changed his nice attitude when we expressed our frustration and asked to cancel service . He stopped answering phone calls and became difficult to work with . Be aware. Customer service is vital in services such as these . There was very poor follow through here .
