As I was on the phone to ask about how to require a loan, the lady was pretty rude and she said just call back within an hour. I called back within an hour and she did not specify that she had 10 applications before and she said rudely she’ll call me back so I would not prefer to get a loan from this company if it’s gonna be that rude to require one next time the clerks need to be more clear on the message when they’re telling people on the phone be very clear about things because if not they will lose their customers
The manger fat lady. Is very arrogant and rude. She tends to judge people and and likes to belittle people. Saying my question is, why do you have so many loans and why is you are in so much debt I'm afraid you're not going to pay me back. This fat lady is in the wrong job. Because she doesn't know how to treat customers with respect. Even though she said you qualify for a 300 dollar loan I'm not going to lend it to you because you might not pay me back.
