If I could give this place no stars I would. I will start off with the location in wonderful rainy Orlando. There is no inside for anyone to sit into. So when it rains everyone and there suit cases are packed into a corner getting rained on while there is 3 people behind a counter taking forver. Needless to say a line forms outside in the rain. NEVER RENT FROM THEM THEY STOL EWW MY LUGGAGE OUT THE VEHICLE WHEN IT GOT TOWED SPOKE WITH RICHARD WHO WAS GIVEN ME THE RUN AROUND ABIUT THE COST AND WHERE MY LUGGAGE WAS AT THEN HE PUT ANOTHER MAN ON YHE PHONE WHO CLAIMED TO BE HIS SUPERVISOR AND TOLD ME I NEEDED TO PAY X AMOUNT OF MONEY TO GET MY LUGGAGE BACK WHEN M I HAD LEFT A $200 DEPOSIT FOR INCIDENTALS WHICH THIS SHOULD OF CLEARLY COVERED NOW STARTING THE LEGAL PROCESS OF SUEING THEM
I rented a car from this location (Action Rental Car, Orlando Airport) during a vacation to Florida... First off, the original car they gave me was disgustingly dirty, so they gave me a second car which was only slightly better. Second, upon my return of the vehicle, months later, I received an additional $27.50 charge to my credit card for a bogus toll charge after obtaining a toll receipt from every single annoying toll while driving through the city.
