THE WORST CAR RENTAL PLACE EVER. DO NOT USE!!!! I rented a car August 14-17, 2025 from NU/Action Car Rental: 3719 Mccoy Rd, Orlando, FL 32812. Within 14 hrs, I had three cars with them. They tried to give me a wrecked SUV when checking in. I did the inspection, the front bumper was coming off. You can tell they treid to glue it back however, it did not work. An absolutely horrific experience from this corrupt and crooked business. Let me begin by advising anybody reading this to AVOID this company at all costs. I booked through Nü Car Rentals and my rental was with Action Car Rental at Orlando International Airport. The shuttle bus takes around 20 mins to reach the pick up point and was timely and easy to find…. That’s the single good part.
