I recently purchased a new ebike from Action Bicycle club and as I don't live near Christchurch, Ken was very helpful with excellent email communication regarding the bike, was happy to hold it for some time until I could arrange to collect and gave me great service when I did. An awesome bike shop I can highly recommend.
Ken and the team at Action Bicycle Club were amazing. They truly go above and beyond to help with any bike needs, whether it’s honest advice, services, or finding the right gear. The shop itself is beautiful and full of high-quality products. Only problem is it’s hard to walk out without wanting to buy everything! Highly recommend.
An excellent purveyor of fine bicycles, especially utility and adventure bikes. I purchased a nice new Kona Sutra tourer from here. There was a minor issue later with a seat-clamp and Ken got it sorted promptly with no fuss.
Been a regular here for a few years. Great service. Many fun bikes to ride. Always charming and helpful. Best Ezee specialist in city.
