Action auto repair where super friendly and had great communication. They worked with me to be able to get my car back on the street a lot sooner then later. Friendly workers and a great environment. Highly reccomend if you need your car fixed!
Well I was hoping this place was as good as the reviews say but I submitted 2 work requests with no response! Mabey they are too busy for customer service.....

My "not mechanically experienced" son relocated to Medford, far enough away its not practical for me to drive up to help...but no problem since we discovered Action Auto. I sent him there twice in the past few months for some unexpected repairs and they've provided very quick service at an honest price. I am very satisfied in every way. THANKS Travis (and Dad!)
