She wrote a numerical error on our tax return which resulted in our refund being months late and we had to reach out to our local congressman for assistance. When we found out it was a decimal error on her part, she refused to take responsibility or even help us. Told us it was our fault (we have paperwork proving otherwise). We went there for years before this and this issue caused us a lot of problems and headache. Couldn’t believe she wouldn’t help fix the mistake SHE made.

Amazing and quick service. She is very helpful and a real person. No smoke and mirrors. She is honest and knows all of the current laws and explains all of the changes to you. She also takes time with you for as long as you need. Her price is very reasonable, so much better than H&R, I would never use them again. I recommend everyone that needs an accountant to her.
