Since then, we have provided contract services to the Acute Hospital, Swingbed, Inpatient Rehab, Skilled Nursing (SNF), Long Term Care (LTC), Outpatient, School, Assisted Living Facilities (ALF), Hospice, and Home Health Settings. Great place to be if you need PT.
Those that know me know I am very hard to please and extremely picky. I don’t throw compliments around. Recently I had surgery and aftercare included physical therapy. I did not ask for a recommendation for a physical therapist because I knew that ACTIMED Physical Therapy is located only a few miles from my house. Dr.Jasper is an incredibly Doc! Helping my little girl, who has multiple medical issues This make's her 15 rh Doctor, but her 1st Physical therapy, and was scared. Dr. Jasper had her laughing so hard...it was one of the best Dr's apt. Ever! Thank you!!
