Rental was clean when I moved in and the neighbors have always been great in the 4 years I stayed here. Any problems always got fixed in a reasonable time. 5/5 is how I’d rate it.

Apartment was spacious and clean as a 1BR apartment located in Nelsonville, Ohio. Rodney was agreeable and flexible with me during my stay and departure there. Apartments were also energy efficient; keeping lights and other fixtures off when not in use resulted in low power bills. Industrial carpets stayed clean; you could basically broom up debris. A/C was wall mounted in living room, but cooled down entire apartment relatively quickly. Neighbors and neighborhood were quiet.

My son lived at the Nelsonville apartments during the 2015/2016 school year. He had no issues with the apartment or the management ! The apartment was very clean and neighbors were great ! Very quite and safe area !!!

The apartment in Nelsonville was very clean and well maintained. If anything needed attention (which wasn't very often) Rodney and his crew took care of it in a timely manner. Very easy to deal with. It was a comfort knowing that my daughter was in a nice place her first time away from home. I would recommend an apartment from Act Rentals.
