I went in there and needed a repair to my glasses as it was missing a piece. They immediately put one in and tightened the screws.Thanks so much.
I have to add some updates to my review. While ordering glasses using eye test results obtained from ACT Optical I was surprised that important measurements that required for ordering prescription glasses was not done... PD measurements were not performed and not present on the document. I am not sure why this test was not done as without it one cannot order glasses. At least customer should be warned that it is something that needs to be done as I clearly stated the reason I am taking the test for ordering prescription safe... read more
