The team at ACT Optical Gungahlin gave me the best customer service today. I had sat on my glasses and attempted to repair them myself. Unfortunately one of the srews was a slippery little sucker and despite having a sheet on the ground pressing this. The screw bounced off my shoe and shot to that little place screws go to hide and never be found. So I went to Specsavers to see if they could find a screw to fit. They didn't even try.
