We used these people to reupholster two large armchairs. While the initial service seemed fine, after a year they were fraying. While we removed one part to see why, we saw that one piece had been done incorrectly entirely. The other chair was done with shoddy workmanship. Both chairs were coming apart so we contacted them. We had to contact them several times to get them to come look at the chairs, then again to come take them, then again and again and again because they kept pushing the date they would be finished out! I've read alot of these reviews. If your experience was not positive think maybe you were asking to much? Seriously. It's not a mass production company with 50 employees. Their work is very worth the wait. I left a vintage chair and ottoman with in 2015. I hope it's still there. Lol haha. I know it is :) As I have had them work for me over the last 15 to 20 years. Fabulous people. Christian. All around wonderful to do business with. Thank you both for your hard work. Being self employeed is not a bed of roses.
