Called for a quote and questions about the service. Got so much attitude like I was a burden. They didn’t even offer a quote because they said we had too many stairs - I’m okay with it thought because can’t imagine the quality of service in helping with elderly people.
Don’t trust this company. I was ordering the transportation for the trip to the doctor in advance but 2 hours before they should come to pick me up, they called me and said they can’t do it!!! This is terrible service.

If you care about your well being or safety of your elderly family member, stay away from this ambulatte company. I was unfortunate enough to have them drive my mom after leg surgery (she can’t walk after the surgery and is in the wheelchair). The driver cursed her out, told her that hope she freezes to death, along with several other curses, and drove with open windows from Brooklyn to NJ when it’s 30 degrees outside!
