The worst Ambulate transportation company. They will make you miss your appointment because of greed they will pick you up and knowing the appointment time still will go to pick someone else up out of the way which will delay you arrival time for your appointment no regard for the patient and their safety because some of these appointments are with specialists and patients life depends on them. Worst transportation company.you will always miss your Doctors appointments because when ever they will pick you up they will go to pick someone else with out any regard for your appointment time it happened a couple of times not once we missed the doctors appointments and to reschedule the next appointment is months. Shame on them
Called for a quote and questions about the service. Got so much attitude like I was a burden. They didn’t even offer a quote because they said we had too many stairs - I’m okay with it thought because can’t imagine the quality of service in helping with elderly people.
Don’t trust this company. I was ordering the transportation for the trip to the doctor in advance but 2 hours before they should come to pick me up, they called me and said they can’t do it!!! This is terrible service.
