If you care about your well being or safety of your elderly family member, stay away from this ambulatte company. I was unfortunate enough to have them drive my mom after leg surgery (she can’t walk after the surgery and is in the wheelchair). The driver cursed her out, told her that hope she freezes to death, along with several other curses, and drove with open windows from Brooklyn to NJ when it’s 30 degrees outside! Very professional & reliable Ambulette service! Don't have elevator so they sent 2 men to assist carry over the stairs.
Amazing service and very friendly folks .. reasonable rates and very easy to work with .. highly recommended for big establishments and large medical facilities.. huge fleet .. best on the island..
