I give it a four for myself and a zero for my friend I told to go there. I went many years ago and the staff was great and encouraging. But, I wasn't a daily drinker. My friend was and was prescribed medication after he went to UVM while there. One of the staff denies him his medication and he seized almost dying. She wasn't medically qualified to do that. So, I wouldn't recommend it unless things have changed a lot.
Always there, always friendly, and ALWAYS more than understanding.
