ACS is definitely a 5 STAR company! I used their database technology years ago and had to take a "refresher" course when I started my current job at another church. They have a great facility and a wonderful staff in Florence, SC, including the teachers who take you through how to use/utilize their programs. The teacher kept telling us to not waste time trying to figure out how to pull a report or labels, etc. but to contact Customer Service to help walk us through how to get what we need. Kindly called in for support and the guy that answered was horrible. I simply inquired as to why account profile on abundant site cannot be deleted and he told me it just can’t and he’s not the software developer. Just rude. I advised him, I will no longer use site (and I won’t, I’ll just use bank), but he seemed perfectly ok with that. Great customer retention. Will be sure to let church office know.
