Kindly called in for support and the guy that answered was horrible. I simply inquired as to why account profile on abundant site cannot be deleted and he told me it just can’t and he’s not the software developer. Just rude. I advised him, I will no longer use site (and I won’t, I’ll just use bank), but he seemed perfectly ok with that. Great customer retention. Will be sure to let church office know.
