We have been using ACS for 3+years and it was such a flawless wonderful experience. However the "staff has shifted" and we could not be more frustrated and disappointed. All our art was "misplaced" and they increased our price by 25%. Horrible choice to "shift" ACS. Update: After speaking with the supervisor, he apologized and owned all of the "change" and said they are working through it. He also noted there should not be any increase in price and he made this frustrating situation right.
I use ACS towels in my home and they are awesome! Great customer service too!
