Working with Scott at Acrylic Concepts has been great. I've shopped around a lot over the years. Acrylic material is expensive, and I've learned Acrylic Concepts doesn't have the large markup on material that almost all other companies do. Scott does the work himself with impeccable quality and accuracy. He's also extremely honest as a businessman... on a couple of occasions, he's done little things for me and declined to charge, and he'll tell you up front if an idea might not work or could encounter problems. Called and the business owner, Scott, had the disposition of a depressed, apathetic teenager. The man couldn't have cared less about helping me, answering my question, or selling me any product. I went so far as to ask if he was doing OK or having a bad day; his continued response was a dejected "Yeah...".
