We have been using Dana for over a decade. Unfortunately like others we have not been able to get ahold of him for months. Since the summer the doors are locked whenever we stop. The phone line is either busy or we get the answering machine. I tried one last time today 2/17/25 and it rang and rang until it asked for a security code. We hope Dana is ok.
I have been using arco taxes for years..I have been calling and calling. No response. The phone will be busy all the time,then it will say leave a message I have been trying to get of Dana still no response..I have tried calling and have gone to the place of business and the door is locked and no one is there..I ended up having to go somewhere else..before this Dana was really good..I hope everything is ok..
Dana always does an excellent job for us!
