The ladies seemed very knowledgeable, the first time we spoke. Having the same conversation again over the next phone call was frustrating. Every time I ca.led I needed to explain who I was though I had sent in loads of paperwork. Felt like I was a low priority for them. Knowledgeable, but inaccessible, and very impersonal. Would recommend to look elsewhere.
i have only great things to say regarding the acres mortgage family. and i call them that because that is how you feel from the moment they answer the phone. the ladies there are beyond amazing and go above and beyond to help you to understand every single step of the loan process along the way. i couldnt have made it thru my mortgage process without these folks. they are real true to life people- not just some stiff sitting in an office, running numbers for people they dont even care about.i rate them a 110%
