To say this company makes simple things hard work is an understatement. Attitude when you call and ask questions is quite unprofessional as well. Was informed I would be sent information by email and didn't receive it. Also you should never be asked to provide your payroll login username and password in any situation. For a national company supposedly you would think they would have a far better service standard.
