Don't waste your time and money when you see this company. I have 15 years verified rental history and no evictions. Verified income. Just like all the other reviews show this company is trash and just wants the free application money. 65 to 75 bucks. Sheesh. Bad business bottom line. They don't actually do the job they are paid to do. Again don't waste your time and money here.
Acranet has been responsive and reliable for tenant screening services. We have really appreciated the great customer service we receive from Cole Hockett!
So we went with a property management company that uses ACRAnet for their background checks. The credit cane back like normal but we weren't approved for the house because, and believe this, eight years of employment through 2 large American based companies couldn't be verified. They called our local offices instead of HR of the employment verification hotline for either company. THEY NEED MINUS 5 STARS...ON A SATURDAY WHEN REALTORS ARE SO BUSY THEIR SYSTEM COULD NOT COMPLETE A REPORT AND NO ONE IS THERE FOR TECH SUPPORT...I CAN FIND ANOTHER COMPANY AS THIS ONE SUCKS
