I asked for a pdf of a mill that I bought used. Within 2 hours I could see how to tighten the spindel bearings. None of this ( you have to bring it in, or, we need to look at) it behavior. Straight up old school customer support.
EXTREMELY RUDE, the guy in parts was extremely rude. Asked to speak with a manager he told me he was the manager. Asked to speak with his boss and he proceeds to tell me he owns the place. Terrible to do business with, if your looking into a machine do yourself a favor and buy something else.......
