The place is great and the staff (most of them) terrific but often there is a big problem with booking. I like to book a day in advance and often staff doesn't want to do it or do double booking . I booked on Tuesday, 15th Oct for the next morning with Cherry but another customer came too. This confusion happened to me before. Dear W, .do something about it.
