I received items that were not as described. I ordered brushed nickel, but what arrived was clearly labelled and visibly silver. When I raised this with the company, I was told that silver and brushed nickel are the same, which is simply incorrect and misleading. Despite supplying the wrong finish, they insisted any return would be treated as a “change of mind,” avoiding responsibility for their error.
