I visited many beautiful retirement communities prior to choosing this lovely place. knew the minute I toured that they offer everything one might want in retirement: A resort-like atmosphere with magnificent views. Horrible company. Their managers do not pay their vendors for any repairs and they expect all of the residents to come out of pocket and pay for things when it is the management’s responsibility to pay the bill. These people are living on fixed incomes and all the managers want to do is make money off of them and put them in a bad financial position. Also, they will never reply to any negative review offering a solution to fix the situation. They will only acknowledge positive reviews.
