I recently toured Acoya Scottsdale while researching senior living options for my parents. The community is undeniably impressive. From the moment you walk in, the environment is exceptionally clean, modern, and easy to navigate. The staff creates a polished atmosphere—everyone was professionally dressed and greeted me with genuine smiles. Excellent as an assisted living facility
Staff was rude to me and worries me of how they may be treating my loved one when I am not present.
While visiting my nana last weekend, as I usually do at least once a year, to ensure she keeps me in the will; I met Pearla. She was especially kind to all the residents, which I worry will give me competition for money when my senile grandma finally passes…She was too nice, you know? Highly suspicious.
