Picked up custom in-ear monitors from Thomas at Acoustix, and they’re an absolute game-changer! The sound is crystal clear with amazing punch and balance—a huge step up from regular in-ears. Thomas should be your go-to specialist for anything in-ear related. My recent experience getting a new set of Ultimate Ears IEMs was flawless; from wax removal, to impressions being taken, through to receiving my IEMs and making sure they fitted correctly. I've had an alternative experience at a larger chain having moulds taken for IEMs, where the result has been less than ideal and ended up costing far more. If you're looking to get IEMs fitted, or any type of hearing device, make sure you work with Thomas at Acoustix!
