I bought a frying pan as a xmas gift,my fault i bought the wrong one,that's on me,I contacted this mob they said to send it back for a full refund as long as it was in original package, which it was was very careful opening it,so we put it back in all the packing and send it back at a cost to me of around $23 and they recieved it on the 5th of January so nearly 2months now and no attempt has been made for refund,I have rang many times send and email all have been ignored, great buissnes when you have to keep a pensioners 67 ... read more
