Acorn Rentals organised a rental car for me when I was in an accident that wasn't my fault. They took the hassle out of dealing with the other person's insurance company and liaised with the collision repair team. They were friendly, helpful during a time that would normally be very stressful. Thank you!
Stay away from these people at any cost. They’re not honest at all. They refer you to a lawyer/recovery agent and ask for reference number. Then they keep playing games every 2-3 days and multiple people you with multiple versions of stories. Don’t trust the ratings, my experience is totally bad. I wouldn’t recommend them at all, go to other car rentals in your local area where people don’t play games like these sales agents/call centre people on phone & email. I rented a 7 seater car from acorn rentals for my port stephens family trip. The staff there are very nice and kind and made it easy to be able to proccess and rent a car. The car was very new and was in good condition and was very comfortable to drive.
Highly recommend Acorn Rentals, it was easy to organise a car. I was given a really nice car, it looked almost brand new, very clean, modern and a reliable car.
