I have been trying to close my scct for two weeks at no avail. They draft my bank acct every month and upon requesting to close my acct they continue to ask for identification. I have remitted my I'd and a bank statement and it falls on deaf ears. They refuse to close my acct and return my balance to the bank acct on file. Beware this is suspicious activity!

My SEP IRA at NFS used to be "managed" by Bob Dole of Acorn Financial Services. For years he's done nothing to manage my money, except for charging fees. When I decided to move my SEP Mr Dole was very uncooperative. The process was held up for over a month. In the end he got downright rude and unprofessional.
